Privacy Policy

We process personal data only so you can apply for a grant. Here is what we collect and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, birth date, language.
• Application documents: passport, certificate/diploma, certificates — only those required by your chosen program.
• Technical data: access logs for account security.

How we use it

• Preparing and submitting your application to the university you chose.
• Document review by platform moderators.
• Status notifications (email and in-app).

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except the university/grant provider you apply to.

Storage and security

• Documents are kept in secure S3 storage; access via temporary signed links.
• Every file is scanned for viruses.
• Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes (Argon2id).
• All traffic is encrypted (TLS).

Your rights

You can request an export or complete deletion of your data: write to privacy@scholarships.dev. Deletion is performed within 30 days; data in applications already sent to universities is governed by university policies.
