Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Scholarships platform. By signing up you agree to them.

1. Service

The platform provides a catalog of grant programs, application tools and document support. We are an intermediary between the student and the university: the admission decision is always made by the university.

2. Account

• You provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person — one account. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.
• You are responsible for your password and all activity in your account.

3. Documents

By uploading documents you confirm their authenticity. Forged documents mean unconditional account suspension and withdrawal of all applications. Files are scanned for viruses and kept in secure storage.

4. For students

All platform services are free for students. We do not guarantee a grant: the final decision rests with the university and the grant provider.

5. For partners

Universities and agencies publish programs after KYC verification. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of grant terms. Publishing inaccurate terms leads to program removal and termination of cooperation.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is not liable for university decisions, visa refusals or grant term changes by providers. The service is provided "as is".

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email and in your account 14 days in advance.
